Webinars are great marketing strategies for almost any business. You can use webinars to reach your hot, warm, and cold markets. However, there are so many different webinar products out there that I thought I’d share the perfect webinar software stack to help you improve your efforts or get started right.
A few months ago, I wrote about how I used webinars to double my business, in that article I touched on a couple of the specific tools you can use to build up a successful webinar strategy, but that is where you can find my exact strategy.
However, in this article, I’m going to focus on the Webinar Software Stack and what tools you should use for best results.
What if I told you that by using these tools and copying the Perfect Webinar Secrets and implementing a really simple, but strong Facebook campaign (email too if you have the list), would produce better results than any other single strategy you used in 2016, would you believe me?

First question I always get, “Can I do webinars without the sometimes-pricy-software?”. I think most people see free tools like Google Hangouts and think it must be possible.
The simple answer is Yes.
However, it takes some work piecing it all together and keeping it restricted to registrants. In most cases, this extra work kills the “Savings” part of not using webinar software.
I’ve played with several of the webinar platforms on the market (including the Google Hangouts “free” method) and I’m probably a unique case. I don’t like any software that is complex or bloated and that I can’t figure out how to use in 20 minutes of playing with it.
Now knowing that you can imagine how many platforms I’ve cycled through.
Instead of breaking down all of the platforms I’ve tried and what I liked and didn’t like, I’m just going to give you my best recommendation. If you try it and like it great, if not, you can read this article for a breakdown of some other options.

After my first run of setting up a webinar on WebinarJam I was hooked!
It was easy and has some really cool features. I really like the analytics available in the WebinarJam app and the Studio Control Center which allows you to manage your webinar. You can see the chat, questions, sales, list of attendees and the actions they’ve taken. It also allows you to create offers and seamlessly present them at a specific time or with the click of a button.

Funnel Software
Before I get into my recommendation for this one. I want to be transparent and let you know that WebinarJam has Landing page and registration page capabilities built into it so you don’t really need Funnel Software.
However, with that said, I use a separate landing page builder because I want to have additional functionality and other options when building out my registration/offer funnels.
The nice thing about my funnel software recommendation is that it has an integration feature built into it that makes using WebinarJam along with Click Funnels a breeze.

Click Funnels is a simple to use “drag-and-drop” website builder specifically for building funnels.
The thing I really love about Click Funnels is that you can build any type of funnel, however, available within the platform are pre-built funnels that you can use as templates or a model for building out your own funnels.
It’s out of the box ready to go. No designer, no developer, and no wasted time trying to figure out how to do something technical.

- Communication
When you’re doing webinars, you want to stay in touch with your registrants and those who have not yet registered to get them registered and to make sure they show up.
Bottom line, the more butts in seats on the live webinar, the more sales.
Now, truth is, you won’t get all of your registrants to show up. There are few tricks and tips you can use that will increase the number of butts in seats and you can hear those in this podcast episode.
You’ll want to have automated reminders and teasers in place to increase the show-up rate and registrations.
The nice thing about using WebinarJam and Click Funnels, the both have email functionality built it.
==> My Communication Software Recommendation: I use WebinarJam to send out the reminders and the access emails but use Click Funnels to run the campaign for getting registrants from my list and for the teasers and initial indoctrination pieces sent out pre-webinar to increase the show-up rate.
The email tool in WebinarJam is part of your plan. However, Actionetics, which is the email marketing tool inside Click Funnels, is only available with the Etison Suite level.
Just in case you’re currently using Mailchimp or a number of other email marketing tools, Click Funnels integrates with MailChimp and several others, that is what I used until Actionetics was launched.
3 Secrets to Getting Better Results
I understand that not everybody who wants to run successful webinars has all the skills necessary. That’s why I’m adding this section.
Secret #1
One of the things I struggled with the most was copywriting.
I either failed to be persuasive enough, or my copy was too spammy or too salesie.

Bottom line, before I combined this Webinar Software Stack to my Webinar strategy, I sucked at webinars. My ideas were good, and the basis of my content was good, but my promotion, pitch, my presentation and my follow through sucked!
Look if you follow the Perfect Webinar Script, use Funnel Scripts, Click Funnels, and/or WebinarJam, and do a webinar every week (same time same day), you won’t need to do any other marketing or promotions, your webinar will grow your business better than anything you’ve done to-date.
